Election Commission Dismisses Rahul Gandhi’s Allegations as Baseless

NEW DELHI – The Election Commission has stated that the allegations made by Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi against the Central Election Commission are baseless.

The Election Commission clarified that no individual can remove another person’s name from the voter list. In his press conference today, Rahul Gandhi had presented evidence to prove that voters were unilaterally removed from the voter list in Congress-dominated areas of Karnataka. The Election Commission has now refuted these claims.
